I found this place while looking for a bow-tie and they are very friendly and did an amazing job fixing my daughter's prom dress. I definitely will be going back with any alterations and repairs that my family may need!!

My experience here has been absolutely fantastic. The leadership team is responsible, experienced and so so helpful. They are service & community minded and I feel fortune to have found them.
I am particular regarding the fit of my clothes and have literally tried every other tailor within a 20 miles radius. Take it from me - Precision Alterations I’d the best, look no further, I’ll put my own name & reputation on it.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to ask if they could put darns in my daughter’s prom dress and the young lady working was very kind, explained the process and helpful. She was able to do the alteration right away, the dress finishing was beautiful and it was very cost efficient. I would highly recommend making this your first stop if you’re ever in need of garment alterations. Thank you for all your help and patience

I brought my wedding dress here to have the back zipper removed and to be replaced with a corset back. They did an AMAZING job! I don’t get married until the fall so I cannot post pictures yet. But the alterations they made turned this dress into a perfect fit for me. They were very helpful and friendly and they were on top of communicating with me every step of the way.

Precision Alterations is fantastic! I needed a suit tailored in the same day and they were able to accommodate! Even with a fast turn around, they took the time to make sure the measurements were correct and everything fits perfectly! I highly recommend Precision Alterations!

This is the only place in town that I will get my clothing alterations done at. They have worked on countless formal dresses for weddings, jeans, as well as my wedding dress! Fantastic service. Very timely and great communication. Fair pricing as well. Highly recommend!

They promised me my wedding dress would be ready in two weeks. When I went in to pick everything up after two weeks, the items were not done. They had some of the measurements wrong, but instead of calling me to come back in for new measurements, they just waited until I came in two weeks later to pick up my dresses.
During that fitting, one of my dresses had been altered so much that it no longer fit. This was a dress that started out an entire size too big, and they got the measurements so wrong that it was too small to zip. They also hadn’t even started the sleeves I commissioned for my wedding dress.
After that, they told me it would take two more weeks. When I came in again, the dress they over-altered was still too small, as if they forgot they needed to let out the seam — or they couldn’t, because of how much they took in the first time.
They told me my wedding dress was ready to take home, but the sleeves were still not ready. I sent my fiancé in a few days before the wedding since I was out of town, and he came back with yellow sleeves that didn’t match the wedding dress or the style we talked about. I brought them back the day before the wedding and told them they needed to be fixed because it wasn’t what I asked for and didn’t match my dress. They took two hours to take the yellow fabric out of the sleeves but were still unable to make the sleeves I commissioned. I was offered no refund, no apology. I had to order sleeves off Amazon.
On the day of the wedding, I kept tripping on my dress, which made no sense because it had fit fine at the fitting. When we looked closer, we found that the underlayer of the dress was still pinned and never sewn. Some of the pins had fallen out, and I was tripping over the fabric they never finished altering.
This whole experience was unprofessional, careless, and stressful, especially for something as important as a wedding. They had multiple chances to make things right and failed every single time. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I called to get alterations done on a dress with only 3 hours of time left and they gladly agreed to fixed the dress. They were so kind and greeted us, the place is small but very clean and put together. Seems like a family own business. They were able to fix the dress in 45 minutes with only a 20$ added fee for the rush. The total cost was 45$. The dress turned out perfectly and I was able to wear it for my event that night. I highly recommend this business for all your alterations

I came here to get some last minute alterations on my two dresses. I needed it hemmed on one dress and another dress the straps needed to be adjusted. The alterations were done even earlier than I expected and the young seamstress in particular (did not catch her name!) was so kind and willing to expedite my alterations so I could have them done in time for my upcoming trip. The alterations themselves were well done and I would recommend this place to others! The location is clean and all the staff is helpful and friendly.
